Common questions about media files

What file formats are supported?

We support all common media files! Including various formats of photos, videos, and music. After upload, the system automatically converts to the most universal web format, ensuring everyone can open links smoothly without compatibility issues.

File size and quantity limits?

Single file size limit is 200 MB, each short URL can attach up to 10 files. This capacity is more than enough for sharing daily photos and videos. For larger files, we recommend compressing or splitting before upload.

How long are files stored?

File retention follows the short URL. As long as the URL is valid, files remain stored. When the URL expires or is deleted, associated files are cleaned up too, ensuring your data security.

Troubleshooting

Solutions to common problems

What if a short URL won't open?

Don't worry if you can't open a link! Common causes: the link may have expired, or it requires a password to enter. Check these points first, and if problems persist, feel free to contact our support team.

Why did my file upload fail?

Upload failures usually have a few causes: most commonly files exceeding the 200 MB limit, or unstable network connection. Check file size—compress if too large, or split into smaller files for upload.
